From my experience as the bride, this is my "wedding planner" experience from front to back...
When I first began researching wedding co-ordinators I immediately went for the flashy larger event companies foolishly thinking they would be the best equipped to handle our relatively large family wedding. How wrong I was. You were the only person who returned my calls efficiently, and when you did you were both obliging and helpful. I knew you were the person for the job immediately.
With our busy schedule, your conduct throughout the planning process was a perfect fit. With the majority of communication via email and phone yet always immediate, punctual and right on target, it left an overwhelmed and control freak bride like me surprisingly comfortable. Additionally your advice, warmth and consolation was just what I needed throughout this alien process. Better still you delivered the wedding that we often found ourselves struggling to realise ourselves!
We hoped for a traditional, tasteful yet celebratory feel to our wedding and reception and that's exactly what we got.

What can I say, the whole experience when dealing with Windsong Weddings was fantastic. The first thing, and to me the most important, is the friendly service. No matter what I asked Dani she was willing to help. If she didn't have what I needed she pointed me to someone who did.
The second was the quality. My dress was fantastic and it fitted perfectly first time. I never had to ask how the dress was going as Dani kept me update regularly, which is always good for a stressing bride.
And third, Support. When ever i would stress about not being able to find or do what i wanted she would give some wise advise and help find what i needed.

Your flower arrangements look absolutely stunning and guest commented on them. Dani, you did such a lovely job in decorating the place. The runners were the right colours and the candles set the mode.
I really appreciated the fact that you helped me out of the limo and joooshed my dress before I went into the church and again when I arrived at the reception. You really go well and beyond the call of duty.
We really had a fantastic day and if we had the money we would certainly do it all again and I would certainly ask you to do it all again with us.

Unfortunately I was taken ill on the sunday and spent the following week in hospital in Brisbane - poor Ben had his in sickness vows tested straight up ! The Pointbreak venue was amazing - so many people commented on its location, its warm layout and the setup. During the night their presence was always there when required and when not were not in view. The food was simply divine! I had so many comments about the quality and the taste of the meals...hats off to the chefs! The sound system was great and the crowd loved that we could go through and choose the songs we wished to dance to and the end of the night rather than have a band or DJ.
You - You have been absolutely amazing. Your help has been invaluable and you are so professional. Whenever I had any concerns or questions you always answered my emails so quickly and put my mind at rest. With minimal instruction you setup the reception perfectly..it looked stunning and just the way I hoped it would be. You ensured that our ideas became a reality. Having someone know the venue so well and a single point of contact made everything so simple.Thank you again for being there...we couldn't have wished for anyone better!

Wow ! Wow ! Wow! Our Day Was PERFECT!!!!!!!!
Living quite some distance from the gardens was challenging for us but the lead up days to our wedding proved to be easy, thanks to Danielle. She was really easy to talk with and work with and she always had a positive attitude. Every e-mail sent was answered promptly, she was very flexible with the times that we did meet in the garden and also had everything organised from seating down the to the music.
We also opted for a rehearsal the day before the wedding, again, not only was time not a problem for Danielle but she also gave us some great ideas, helped with the timing of everything and offered some calming words to us all.
Our actual ceremony was perfect. It was great to see Danielle involved in everything. She was not only a host but also a friend. Danielle mingled with our guests and also met me when I arrived making sure things were perfect for us. Our thanks also goes out to the gardener who had the gardens looking extra amazing on the day. The gardens were immaculate.
Our own personal feedback, not only from guests but from others who have seen our wedding photos, all commented on how beautiful the venue was. Honestly you could not choose a better place or host. Our day was perfect and was catered for our own unique style.

Thank-you for making our wedding reception so special and so much fun ! You and your staff were so friendly and efficient, the food was delicious, and of course the view is quite simply magical. What a great place to relax and celebrate.
As you know, all of our guests, like us, had flown over from Christchurch, NZ for our Burleigh wedding. Everyone was so impressed that we had chosen such an awesome place for our reception.

Thank you so much for everything you and your staff have done for our wedding. Everyone of our guest walked in and loved it. We had so many good comments. I spose you heard about our exit to the wedding! Mark ended up getting 6 stictches in his chin! Not one of our guest are going to forget that!
